ITACARÉ

Day
1
Arrival at Ilhéus airport. Pick-up and transfer
to Itacaré. It takes about 1 hour. Accomodation at the
chosen pousada Time to walk around the city. Overnight.

Day
2
After breakfast, we will go by a small canoe (max.
8 people) through the Contas River for about one
hour and a half marging the mangrove swamp until the spot where
we´ll start a little walk (30 minutes)
through the Atlantic Forest until a waterfall (35 meters high)
with a small natural pool. Time to relax.
Return in the end of the afternoon. Lunch box included.

Day
3
After breakfast, we will drive 15 km by road until
the beginning of the trail. Walk around 10 minutes
until Hawaizinho Beach. It is a beautiful beach but it is only
possible to enjoy it in the low tide. After that
another trail (25 minutes) until the Engenhoca Beach. Time to
take a bath and visit the natural pools.
Then we will go to a wonderful spot to see the beaches Camboinha
and Itacarezinho. End of the day at
Tijuipe waterfall. There is a small bar where you can eat some
snacks. Return to the city. Lunch box
included. Overnight.

Day
4
After breakfast, we will drive 6 km by road and 3km
more off road until the beginning of the trail. We
will walk around 15 minutes until the Arruda beach for visitation
and take pictures. After that, another
15 minutes until Jeribucaçu beach. Here we will stop
to enjoy the beach and have our lunch box. Then
we will have another walk until the Usina waterfall for a refreshing
bath. Walk around 15 minutes where
the car will be waiting for us to return to the city. Lunch
box included. Overnight.

Day
5
Departure from the Pousada at 8:30am. The trip takes
about 1h30 on 4x4 vehicle off road until the
natural pools of Taipus de Fora. Stop for diving with snorkel.
We can also visit the Farol Hill, Lagoa
Azul (Blue Lagoon), Bromélias Trail, Coqueiros Trail
and Bela Vista Hill. Return in the end of the
afternoon. (Lunch not included)

Day
6
After breakfast we will do a trekking through the
urban beaches Resende, Tiririca, Costa and Ribeira. It
is a light trail with Atlantic Forest. We will get to a beautiful
spot to take pictures. Then we will go to Prainha
Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Northeast Coastline.
Return in the end of the afternoon.

Day
7
First 30km by car until Taboquinhas on off-road. From
there 3km with local transport until the river. Our
rafting is level III and IV. All equipments are included. It
takes one hour and half of pure adrenaline!
Must be purchased locally because of the weather conditions
and minimun of 04 passengers is required.

Day
8
After breakfast checkout. We will visit the “Lagoa
Encantada” Enchanted Lagoon – take clothes to change
after
the tour. To get there we will drive 49km on road, 2km off-road
and 20 minutes by boat. We can take many
waterfalls baths. Lunch (not included). Then we will go by boat
for 10 minutes to the other side of the Lagoon.
From this point we will go to the Ilhéus Airport. It
is around 31km. Arrival at the Airport and flight to your
next destination.
*The tour at “Lagoa Encantada”, can be done only
if your flight or take the bus after 6.00pm, if not we will
go
directly to the Airport and this tour can be done in the first
day if the flight arrives before 12.00pm DAILY
